• Appends and unit-of-work commits now wait up to 60 seconds instead of the gRPC 10-second default, so large batches no longer fail with deadline exceeded after the kernel has already committed them.
• append/3, append_many/3 and append_many_for_event_sources/2 accept a :timeout option (milliseconds or :infinity). (#188)
