Release v19.101.0
Erasing a person's personal data now also releases the unique-constraint claims derived from it.
Changed
- Unique-constraint claims derived from personal data now record the subject they belong to, and erasing that subject removes its claims from every event sequence. If removing a claim fails, the erasure is reported as incomplete instead of succeeding. (part of #4389)
- Upgrading rebuilds the unique-constraint indexes that cover personal data so that existing claims record their subject. Values held by subjects erased before this release become available again. (part of #4389)
- While such a constraint rebuilds after the upgrade, appends governed by it are refused until the rebuild completes. (part of #4389)
