Changed

• The proposed projection generations decision record now describes a backward-compatible path: generations are off by default behind a kernel feature flag, promotion stays automatic by default, and existing read-model collections and tables are adopted as the first generation without conversion or downtime. See 0014 — Projection generations. (part of #5157)

Fixed

• Changing a projection definition so that it maps event types that already have history no longer replays only the affected partitions on top of the live read model, where events could be rejected or applied twice. With the Automatic replay policy the projection is now fully rebuilt; with PartialOnly or Manual a full replay is recommended. Explicit partition replay is unchanged. (#5171)
