• Set UseAutomaticMiddleware = false in the options for builder.AddCratisChronicle(...) and call app.UseCratisChronicle() after UseAuthentication() and UseAuthorization() to place Chronicle's unit of work and causation middleware explicitly. (#5194)

• The ASP.NET Core request unit of work no longer resolves its event store when the request starts. It binds on the first operation that needs the store, so a claim-based namespace resolver sees the authenticated user, and requests that never use Chronicle or are rejected by authorization no longer need a namespace.
