Fixed

• Removing a child from a projection read model whose root was removed, or never created, no longer recreates that root in MongoDB. The removal is now a no-op, as when the root exists without a matching child. On earlier kernels the recreated root had no child array, so a nested removal in the same window failed with MongoDB error 2 ("The path '…' must exist in the document in order to apply array updates") and the projection partition failed on every retry (#5271)
