Fixed

• The kernel no longer creates an event store with an empty or whitespace-only name. A request that names no event store is refused with InvalidEventStoreName and nothing is registered. Previously the empty store was registered, and the next kernel startup failed with ArgumentException (Parameter 'primaryKey'). (#5422)
• A kernel whose event store registry already holds an entry with an empty name now starts, and logs a warning naming the entry to remove, instead of crashing during startup. (#5422)
