• Projection and reducer writes to MongoDB that fail during a bulk flush are no longer silently dropped. Every affected partition is recorded as failed and retried, failed partitions carry the event source id instead of the read-model key, and a catch-up whose final flush has an unknown outcome fails instead of moving the observer past writes that may have been lost.
