Added

  • SQL storage now creates the MembershipVersions and MembershipEntries tables in the cluster database, the storage for a SQL Server or PostgreSQL backed Orleans membership table. Multi-node clustering on SQL storage is not enabled yet; that arrives with the clustering configuration in a later release (part of #5127)
