• Job recovery now retries a jobs manager key provider or a manager rehydrate that failed, for example a key catalog that times out while a rolling deployment starts. It retries only the failed providers and managers, after 1 second, doubling the delay up to 60 seconds, until they succeed or the silo stops. Jobs left running by a silo that went away are no longer stuck until another silo dies. (#99)
