Changed

• PostgreSQL and SQL Server job storage now leave out stopped jobs with a finalized stop in the database, so rehydration no longer loads and deserializes every job ever stopped. In a local PostgreSQL benchmark with 10,000 finalized stops, the read fell from about 314 ms and 123 MB allocated to about 8 ms and 1.3 MB (#147)

• The jobs documentation no longer lists a MySQL/MariaDB jobs storage provider, which does not exist (#147)
