• An application toolbar button of a navigation region is activated through the host's navigation activation policy, as an item is: a design host that selects instead of navigating selects the button and does not open its dialog, and onActivateButton tells the host. Outside a navigation host the button still announces the slice with cratis.scene.command. (#215, follow-up of #222)
