Fixed

• The application toolbar buttons of a topbar region were drawn on a second line under the region's items, outside the 64px topbar and covered by the item row, so a press hit the item instead of the button (found on production 0.253.0 with Acme-style button lines). The topbar region now lays its items and its buttons out in one row, inside the bar. (#215)
