Added

• propose-move can now move a single command, event, read model, projection, query, reaction or capture to another slice. Pass the declaration as target and the destination slice as newParent. Specifications that cover only the moved declaration go with it, and the navigate, execute and refresh targets that name it are updated. The move is refused if a specification also covers a declaration that stays behind, or if the source slice would lose its specification obligations. Events produced by a moved command are not moved with it. See Move a declaration between slices. (#582)
