propose-property with action: remove and newGeneration: true now drafts the next event generation for an inline event too: the event is extracted in the same proposal, its original generation keeps the removed member, its contract and property identities stay intact, and only the new generation drops the member and its mappings. This is how to remove a command identifier copied into an event payload (PLAY0469) from a contract that may have been stored. (#342)
propose-property reports evolutionDraft (true when any generation is drafted with newGeneration) and extractedInlineEvents. An evolution draft is a source draft only: no migrator is declared, deployableWithoutTransformation stays false, and nothing claims deployment, replay or migration readiness. The documentation describes the Chronicle migrator capability this still needs. (#342)
