Fixed

• In Play, the selected row of a table is highlighted and stays highlighted while hovered, rows that can be selected show a pointer, and a wide table scrolls inside its card instead of running past its border. (#695)
• A modeled screen that names a template which fits inside another one (such as the master/detail) is drawn on its own in Play, at the full content width, instead of beside an empty "Nothing here yet" region. (#699)
• A ConfirmDialog decision dialog in Play uses the theme's buttons, with the first decision emphasized, and has a Cancel that leaves the dialog without running a command. (#697)
• The live Stage's own Arc requests, such as the signed-in identity, now go to the Stage when it is served under a path prefix such as Studio's Play. (#691)
• A specification that expects a missing read model from a command whose reaction reads the same read model by the same key now renders, instead of being refused with STAGE-ESM-011. (#685)
