Play and generated applications run Cratis Scene 4.78.6, which carries the title of an application toolbar button as its tooltip and accessible name, so a compact topbar that hides the label (Acme Warehouse Register SKU, an icon-only button) is still a named button (Cratis/StudioIssues#1011, Cratis/Scene#249).
