Fixed

• The renderer applies a specification's slice isolation too (decision 0115). A command specification whose event another slice reacts to now renders as a plain command specification asserting only its own events, instead of being refused as an unrenderable cascade (STAGE-ESM-011). The command's slice and the reacting slice both generate again.
• Reaction, projected-fact and translation specifications consider only the reactions, captures and publications of their own slice, and the events of a command another slice owns are not counted as a deeper cascade.
• A rendered application built in Release after a Debug restore (dotnet build -c Release --no-restore) no longer fails with CS7022, the test SDK generating a second entry point. GenerateProgramFile is now false in every configuration, not only Debug.
