1. Removed Dispatcher
   To fix a bug, UseCase now directly holds the Store, and Dispatcher is no longer needed, so it was removed.
   So, Sending commands to UseCase now uses the dispatch(_ command:) method added to UseCase, instead of using the Dispatcher provided by UseCase.

2. Removed static store method of the UseCase
   In order to make the initialization method of UseCase easier to understand, the static store method of UseCase has been removed.
   Instead, it can be initialized with init.
