✨ New Features

• Record that a package __setup__ hook has run with a .setup marker file in the package folder.
• Lazy setup: run the package setup hook right before the first command of the package when it has not run yet. Enable with cdt config ENABLE_LAZY_SETUP true.
• package inspect now shows the package setup state (done / pending / n/a).
• package list now shows packages sorted alphabetically by name
