Check changelog for current changes. Still need to get rid of #46 and #47 before I say v0.4.5 is done. Going to look into #20 and #29 as well for v0.4.5.

All server sided now, also checks selection if player is still in build mode, but hasn't updated mouse pos. Allows for players to move into a square and have that square show it is invalid.

Could be room for optimization here later down the line, but it isn't too much being sent right now.
