FanControl.AXB35 1.0.0

First public release of the FanControl plugin for the Bosgame M5 and other boards built on the Sixunited AXB35-02 (Ryzen AI Max+ 395, "Strix Halo").

• EC temperature sensor, RPM of all three fans, and control of the two main fans through the ITE IT5570E EC.
• Talks to the EC through PawnIO (the signed driver FanControl installs) with its LpcACPIEC module. Secure Boot and Memory Integrity stay on.
• Refuses to write unless the board reports AXB35 and the EC registers look right; hands the fans back to the firmware when FanControl closes.
• Re-asserts the duty every 2 s (the EC otherwise takes a fan back), polls at high priority under full CPU load, and caps the fans at 80 %: when hot, the board cannot keep both fans at 100 %, while 80 % holds both at ~4,000 rpm.
• Includes axb35ctl.exe (status / watch / log / dump) for diagnostics.
