Personal commentary doesn't work - opening and ending tag mismatch #1099

I just loaded the personal commentary window and when invoking it I received the note error message below. I ignored message and tried to make a comment but all I get is [NULL] [NULL]. Please correct this bug as I really want to use this feature.

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 44 at column 8: Opening and ending tag mismatch: meta line 0 and head

Are you using Debian/Ubuntu? If yes you can't use the personal commentary with this Linux OS. See #957.
