Xiphos, née GnomeSword almost 25 years ago, began when there was no standard to use the .config directory to hold applications' local data. We're about a decade late in doing so, and I've got a small change to move it silently. The user never knew when we created ~/.xiphos and we don't need to bother telling him we're moving it to ~/.config/xiphos.
Windows need not be changed; it's already under the AppData directory.
