Add the possibility of disabling ipv6 ban by configurations #12
Description
As reported in https://discourse.crowdsec.net/t/new-install-postfix-imap/45 :
Netfilter bouncer tried to push ipv6 rules no matter what happens - even if it's not supported.
Let's add an option that will discard ipv6 decisions.
