Hopefully this is starting to look pretty much the same as https://github.com/crystal-lang-tools/lsp
I wanted to separate these files apart first. If this works for everyone and gets merged, I can start looking at extracting any tests in scry that better fit with the lsp module.
The end result would be to finally get it to the separate shard.
