master now carries the 0.2 breaking changes (the namespace move), so its
branch alias, the requirements between packages, and the path repository
versions move from 0.1.x-dev and ^0.1@dev to 0.2.x-dev and ^0.2@dev. A
project following 0.1.x-dev no longer receives breaking changes.
