Unless it's something I'm doing wrong in my local setup, it seems this broke somewhere between v1.10.0 and master.
Investigating.

bisecting: observations...

  • v1.10.0: ok
  • v1.14.0: ok
  • 2fcbe16: ok
  • v1.15.0: broken*), ok, ok
  • master: broken, broken, broken
  • fix-ocmd-tutorial branch: ok, ok

*) was probably an incorrect observation

Hm, contradicting result now:

  • v1.15.0: ok

But now in master seeing the error again:
