feature: ensure pressing the camera button on desktop web brings up the camera #16
Description
In desktop Chrome 128, using the image_picker plugin to take a picture brings up the File Open dialog instead. This is expected but unpleasant.
@ditman recommends the camera plugin for manually taking pictures on the web instead of relying on the vagaries of the browser.
