Fixed

• A PDF whose page was written by an earlier text extraction is read again
  by a normal sync, as 0.11.0 said, and not only by a full one.
• Links to files in Drive no longer carry the ouid and usp parameters
  Drive adds, which name the account that owns a file and how the link was
  made, in the sync report, the job summary and the content health page.
