• A deployment started by a sync runs its post-deployment check again. Since
  0.5.0 such a deployment skips the candidate verification it no longer
  needs, and the check after the deployment inherited that skip. The assets
  were deployed, the protected surface was never verified, and the run failed
  at deployment did not complete: deploy=success, smoke=skipped. The check
  now runs whenever the deployment succeeded.
