The title report. Every sync writes data/title-report.json: how each
document opens (Title, Heading 1 or text), its title candidate and how that
compares with the Drive name, whether a leading Heading 1 was dropped as a
copy, and what the Drive name carries besides a title. It observes and
changes nothing, so a title convention can be decided from numbers. ctcdocs-sync titles summarizes it, and --list names the documents. See ADR-023.
Headings that mix alphabets inside a word are listed in the title report,
and the sync summary counts the documents. They do not stop a sync.

The Docs API request made for each exported document also reads the named
style and text of body paragraphs. Formatting is not requested.
data/title-report.json is a generated file. A project's rules that list
generated paths should include it.
