Release v1.11.1 - Tweaked the location of "SKIP TO" header

The header was overlapping with the book cover preview, so I added margins to off-set it. It no longer overlaps with anything; however, might need to tweak it a little further to get it to look nicer in different views (it looks a little squished in the overlay record, though not in the direct link.)
