Minor Changes

• #1397 6cfd9ceb Thanks @tenphi! - Add an actions prop to Select, Picker and FilterPicker for custom actions inside the trigger, rendered to the left of the built-in clear button and dropdown caret. Pressing one runs its handler without opening or closing the popover — including while the popover is open — so an action can do what the clear button cannot, such as restoring a default selection. Each component re-exports ItemAction as .Action (Picker.Action, Select.Action, FilterPicker.Action) so actions inherit the trigger's size and theme, and Tab.Action is exposed for the same reason on a tab's actions slot.

• #1397 6cfd9ceb Thanks @tenphi! - Fix interactive controls inside a popover trigger losing their press. DialogTrigger only asked a caller's shouldCloseOnInteractOutside for presses landing outside every [data-popover-trigger]; a control INSIDE the trigger took the "our own trigger, so dismiss" branch without the predicate ever being consulted, and the overlay swallowed the press to close itself. Select had the same gap in its own useOverlay predicate. As a result the Picker and FilterPicker clear buttons did nothing when pressed while their list was open — the first press only closed the list — and the same would have applied to custom trigger actions.
