Patch Changes

• #1563 88e80cda Thanks @tenphi! - Add two duration tokens: $overlay-transition (250ms), for a modal, tray or underlay entering and leaving, and $scrollbar-transition (150ms), for an auto-hiding (tiny) scrollbar fading in and out. Modal, Tray, Underlay, the Layout scrollbars and the Tabs scrollbar use them, at the same timings as before. Both are listed in the published tasty.config.ts.

• #1559 ddedc8cb Thanks @tenphi! - Components now pass runtime values through Tasty tokens instead of inline style. Prefix, Suffix, DirectionIcon, ResizablePanel, Layout.Panel, Layout.Pane and Layout.Content keep a style you pass them, which their own inline style used to replace. ComboBox and SearchComboBox take their focused stacking from their styles, so a styles.zIndex override now applies.

  tasty.config.ts now lists every color token the palette emits (45 were missing, including the special theme's accent tokens, the *-accent-disabled-text, *-accent-selected-fill and *-accent-surface-border tokens, and #current-fill) and the @dark and @hc states, so projects that extend it no longer get unknown-token or unknown-state errors for them from @tenphi/eslint-plugin-tasty.

• #1562 4e44c0a5 Thanks @tenphi! - Tabs: a tab is now a type="button" button, so tabs inside a <form> no longer submit it when clicked or activated with Enter or Space, and Enter in a field of a tab panel no longer submits the form through the first tab. With prerender or keepMounted, each rendered panel now gets its own id, so the selected tab's aria-controls points at its own panel instead of the first one.
