DuckDB upgrade to v1.4.0

Hi,

I wanted to ask when the DuckDB version used by the DuckDB driver will be updated. Last week (September 16, 2025), version v1.4.0 was released.

More generally, could you clarify the policy for version upgrades? Is DuckDB only updated when a new Cube release is published, or is it updated independently?

DuckDB is updated independently from Cube releases, pull requests from community members are highly appreciated.

Hey @hannosgit, we have reverted this commit in v1.3.76 due to a breaking change in AWS S3 path handling in DuckDB v1.4.0. We're planning to still upgrade DuckDB driver to v1.4.0 in the next minor version of Cube. You can still use v1.3.75 for the time being.
