Managed object storage

Managed object stores now run SeaweedFS 4.48 in its single-node S3 mode.
This replaces the discontinued MinIO Community Edition image and keeps the
existing S3 endpoint, credentials, bucket, and application integration
model unchanged.

Provisioning now fails with the image-pull error itself instead of creating
a container that cannot start with a misleading missing-image error.

Upgrade notes

Update normally from the dashboard or CLI. Existing managed stores are not
automatically migrated: plan and verify a data migration before replacing
one, and do not remove an existing store without a confirmed backup.
