gherkin: Correct link to ast picture in README

Summary

Change image link in gherkin README to correct location for the ast class diagram picture.

Motivation and Context

Old link refers to a non existing picture. When browsing to https://github.com/cucumber/cucumber/tree/master/gherkin no picture is shown in the AST section.

How Has This Been Tested?

Did the change in my fork and browsed to it at https://github.com/elrisco/cucumber/tree/master/gherkin and saw the picture.
