Switching our
tree-sitter-markdownfrom https://github.com/ikatyang/tree-sitter-markdown to https://github.com/MDeiml/tree-sitter-markdown, as the latter has much better performance and is actively maintained.Must be merged at the same time as cursorless-dev/cursorless#1105
