In-app (iOS and Android): Updates the bundled native SDKs from iOS 5.1.0 to 5.1.3 and Android 5.0.0 to 5.0.3. Switching users without calling clearIdentify now resets in-app state and reconnects as the new user, and overlapping message fetches for the same user share one request. (#440) (295f17c)
In-app (iOS): In-app messages sent right after identify now arrive without backgrounding the app. When live updates are not in use, messages are fetched as soon as the app returns to the foreground. Modal content stays visible when the keyboard opens. (#440) (295f17c)
