MSS Toolbox 2.2.1

This maintenance release fixes documentation links, corrects cross-flow drag sign conventions, and updates examples.

Fixes

• Replaced the broken MSS-Capytaine changelog link in the README with the project URL.
• Quoted the BibTeX citation URL to prevent link scanners from including the closing brace. These documentation fixes address #86.
• Corrected the heave strip velocity and pitch-moment signs in crossFlowDrag.m to match the forward-starboard-down axes. Integrated loads for uniform symmetric strips remain unchanged.

Examples and documentation

• Added exRegularWaveEstimation.m to compare manual regular-wave heave, roll, and pitch excitation estimates with MSS-Capytaine force RAOs for the supply vessel and 80 kg Otter USV.
• Updated the HYDRO documentation and MSS Quick Reference.
