horizontal geoms

would you be interested in a contribution (pull request) of some horizontal variants of geoms such as linerange (useful when trying to use faceting and flipped coordinates together, which is not currently feasible in ggplot2)?

e.g. see:

• Complete the set of horizontal Geoms, Stats and Positions tidyverse/ggplot2#1128
• add horizontal linerange geom tidyverse/ggplot2#1261

Do you mind showing an image of what this does?

If the code is clean, well documented, and adds 0 or minimal dependencies, then yes I'd very much welcome this

Most useful for coefficient plots, where facets, linerange/pointrange geoms, and flipped coordinates (to allow for long variable names) are all desired, but points 1 and 3 are incompatible.

The author of tidyverse/ggplot2#1128 (who has a more complete implementation than mine) said he might prefer to put this stuff in a separate package.
