• Require ToilScript 0.1.63 and update the project scaffolder, dependency diagnostics, examples, and lockfiles to the new compiler.
• Raise development database values and getMany key frames to 2 MiB, with clearer size errors and documentation matching production limits.
• Support explicit conditional document writes and Events.get / Events.last in the development database host.
• Display localhost in local server URLs.
• Add toiljs generate auth, consolidate authentication state, and fail closed when authentication reads are unavailable.
• Prevent failed route loaders from retrying on every render and fix the client runtime import for Node ESM.
• Use monotonic timing for daemon execution and document route deadlines and time semantics.

Validation: all 563 tests passed, along with framework and example builds, type checks, lint, API documentation generation, and installed-package smoke checks.
