Adds bounded database lookup helpers and restores editor typings for Documents.enqueue.

  • Added Events.get(key, eventId) and Events.last(key) for request-safe point reads, with stored-schema decoding and absence/error handling.
  • Added Unique.lookupMany(keys) for bounded batch owner lookup in input order, with null for unclaimed keys.
  • Declared Documents.enqueue(key, value): bool in the ambient TypeScript API and added a test that checks the same call in TypeScript and compiled WASM. Clarified that acceptance does not compare against an earlier application read.

Events point reads require a host and mesh peers that support the new Events imports.

Validation: full CI test suite, release build, package-content checks, and compilation/type-checking from an installed release tarball.
