• Emit plain @data / @user editor declarations with --editorTypes, including typed instance encoders and static decoders. Supports TypeScript 7.0.2 and WebStorm without JavaScript language-service plugins.
• Complete TypeScript 6 plugin codec signatures and static DataWriter/DataReader typings.
• Resolve explicit SDK type directives from installed packages as well as the dialect's built-in types under TypeScript 7.
• Add sorted cursor indexes, atomic partition batches, derive change and continuation APIs, document scans, budget snapshots, Job startup metadata, and explicit collection replication/placement metadata.
• Add strict u256 parsing, checked integer arithmetic, Unicode normalization and properties, generated encoded sizes, and a shared TypeScript/ToilScript subset. Reject unsupported RegExp at compile time.

Validation includes TypeScript 6 and 7 editor checks with real-error controls, compiled codec round trips, database API suites, Unicode conformance, checked arithmetic comparisons, and the full compiler suite.
