Reconnect Dagster to different slack account for alerts

What's the issue?

Once you have connected to a Slack workspace in Deployments -> Alerts, there's no way to reconnect to another Slack workspace if you want to switch workspaces.

Is there a fix for this?

There's a workaround posted in #19671 (comment). And #19689 should add these instructions to our main documentation site.
