Works great on my Windows7 machine with Chrome and Firefox.

However, in Xubuntu I'm not seeing the slideshow button. Sometimes I can't see the Slide Type drop-down on code cells. Alt-R does not launch the slideshow. I've tried Chromium and Firefox and the look similar.

Any ideas?
