OpenCode companion plugin (@dancingteeth/opencode-agent-looper, OpenCode 1.x +
2.x): skills, detached agent_loop_start, agent_loop_status, and a shell guard
against foreground grinds. Harness-spawned opencode serve now sets
AGENT_LOOP_WORKER=1 so a globally installed plugin stays guard-only inside
workers; agent-loop-init ignores the plugin's grind log/pid.

Version references bumped to 0.7.5 (package.json, CONSUMERS.md, README,
embed-api, site, llms.txt and its test).

Verified: pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, pnpm typecheck, pnpm test (1107
vitest + 3 node suites), pnpm build — the publish.yml gates.
