Breaking: unset reviewRuntime judges on the worker's runtime; no Cursor default
judge. README reference table and opener updated with the release. Supported
line moves to 0.8.x (SECURITY.md, llms.txt). Plugin 0.1.4 re-syncs the
review-gate skill wording.

Version references bumped to 0.8.0 (package.json, CONSUMERS.md, README,
embed-api, site, both llms.txt and the landing test).

Verified: pnpm install --frozen-lockfile, pnpm typecheck, pnpm test:coverage
(1142 vitest + 3 node suites), pnpm build, plugin build.
