Two small steals from humanlayer/humanlayer.

• Research map blind to GOAL — templates/RESEARCH.example.md and the unknowns preflight now say to write RESEARCH.md in two passes: turn GOAL into neutral questions about how the code works today, then answer them without reading GOAL or the ticket. A map written toward the wanted change finds what it expects.
• DSH plugin 0.1.2: no filtered check output — the DSH bash guard denies verify.sh, test, typecheck, or lint output piped straight into head/tail/grep/sed/awk (the cut hides the failure and costs an iteration). | tee <file> and filtering the saved file stay allowed. Toggle with blockCheckOutputFilter (default true). The guard's shell splitter no longer breaks 2>&1 at the ampersand.
