The setup wizard now explains Composer's first refusal on a Drupal 10 site (it always needs -W there) instead of showing it as a failure, lists any package the site already had whose version -W changed before anything is committed, waits for the first run to appear, and always stops cleanly on Ctrl-C. Eight scenario tests cover it.
